Sometimes you just need a hug and there’s no one available to give it to you. If you like, you can come to me and book a cuddle session. A cuddle is a great way to connect with yourself. You feel good and loved and cherished. There is no obligation to talk, but it isn’t forbidden either. Feel invited to be either silent or to share your thoughts.
Why book a cuddle session?

What does a cuddle session look like?
A cuddle session can involve several elements besides the physical touch. We can either lay down and sit against each other. Things that can be included are: a meditation, a visualisation, a coaching talk or a regular talk, eye gazing, mindful silence, a light massage or anything else that may come up.
Guidelines
There are also guidelines that we both adhere to, to assure a safe space for the both of us:
- Touching during the cuddle session is purely platonic and in no way sexual.
- Touch is only allowed in places where there is normally no underwear underneath.
- At any time each of us can express boundaries, which are always respected or wishes, which might be respectfully declined.
- Talking is allowed, but if it leads to chitchat I will respectfully ask for silence.
What are the benefits of cuddling?
